-Replace all metal valleys and chimney flashing.

-Install premium Lifetime fiberglass shingle

-Install ridge cap shingles

-Install upgraded ventilation with Maximum Ventilators or ridge vent

-Caulk and seal all metal or anywhere needed on roof surface
